To provide and maintain an efficient and effective administrative and reprographic service to Cleveland Fire Brigade

Main Duties:

In this role you will be working within the administration team at the Brigade providing support, this will include; Diary Management and minute taking in meetings, Covering Reception when needed, data entry and other basic admin duties. A basic DBS certificate will be required for the successful applicant.

Qualifications/Key Skills:

Previous experience of working in a fast paced office required, minute taking also needed
