| Main Duties | To assist the Surveyor Education in delivering the function within the section:-Providing estimates for building work,placing sub-contract orders,monitoring and paying sub-contractors accounts,liaising with clients ie:school representatives (inc.headteachers),officers from Childrens Services and Adult Social Services.Processing accounts on re-chargeable works via Agresso system and other general duties surrounding the post.Experience in construction surveying activities would be an advantage due to the estimating nature of the post. |
| Key Skills | Estimating experience,background in construction,basic quantity surveying,good admin skills. |
| Qualification | ONC or equivalent or above woulds be desirable. |
