| Main Duties |
Main area of work is progressing recovery action for unpaid council tax and business rate accounts and processing amendments to council tax and business rate accunts using the IBS software, and dealing with customer enquiries relating to council tax and business rates.

| Key Skills |
Candidate must have experience of working as a council tax recovery assistant, responding to customer enquiries and progressing accounts in the recovery process. Candidate must have working knowledge of all recovery processes and determining suitability for issuing accounts to a bailiff, setting up AOE and AOB, committal and insolvency proceedings.
