| Main Duties |
The person will have worked in a similar role or are looking for the next step up. They will work with the Progress Chaser to ensure that jobs go out on time and in full. This will require a hands on approach to the role with a constant shop floor presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or print base, along with a proven ability to manage under pressure within a medium to light manufacturing environment.
The position also demands the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach in this shop floor management role to meet the challenges of this high pressure but rewarding position

| Key Skills |
Ideally they have worked in a Print or Engineering environment at a similar level.
Will work with the production team to ensure production targets are met by planning production and keeping downtime to a minimum on a daily basis.
Can prioritise on a daily basis when fast tracked orders are required
Good organiser
Good team leader
Organise and empower a multi-disciplined team through 5 team leaders to achieve our targets –
1. Printing
2. Engineering/finishing
3. Metal preparation
4. Assembly
5. Art room
This role will be responsible for the OTD targets
A good understanding of current health and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
They must ensure that goods are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost and, most importantly, that they are produced on time.
