Main Duties Answer telephone and take messages, filter as necessary; open and distribute internal and external mail; Answer reception intercom and deal with visitors/clients; Tidy meeting rooms, wash cups and replenish after meetings; empty recycling bins; photocopying/printing (plus assisting main admin team as necesssary)
Key Skills Good customer service skills; well organised;
