| Basic Job Description |
To fulfil the first line support role for the ICT Service, by providing a comprehensive Service Desk function. |
| Main Duties |
To provide a central ICT point of contact for all customers, receiving requests from multiple sites via various communication channels, recording, prioritising and assigning all calls onto the Help Desk system. |
| Key Skills |
• Competent in producing high quality documents and reports
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret management information/reports
• Experience in supporting the delivery of change
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret customer requirements

| Qualification |
• Proven ability to analyse problems and adopt an innovative approach to finding more solutions
• Adopt a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service
