3 month contract as ICT end user technician for local authority |
| Main Duties |
3 month contract to be part of a team of ICT Professionals to provide, and contribute to the technical implementation, effective delivery, support and ongoing development of the end-user computing environment under guidance of senior team members.. This will encompass the full provision of desktop support services including configuration installation and supporting all end-user related hardware software. Respond to computing incidents and work requests coming into the ICT service desk and ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner and in accordance with targets set.Experience of End-User Support in Local Governement preferred. MCP or MCSE required. |
