| Main Duties |
To take responsibility for the delivery of a meeting and greeting service. To ensure the centre provides information, advice and guidance to users in relation to children centre services. To take responsibility for all the public areas of the centre and ensure they are clean, tidy and do not form any health & safety risk to users. Ensure a constant flow of public information is provided to users and all provision is high quality, up to date and appropriate. |
| Key Skills |
Experience of working with adults in a customer care environment. Experience of competence around boundaries and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, communtication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work self directed when necessary. Be motivated and enthusiastic. |
