A large amount of vacancies that we are currently receiving require the successful applicant to obtain a CRB (criminal bureau check).

If you are looking for work within Local Government then we would suggest contacting the CRB to obtain a current record in your name.  This would obviously speed up the process of gaining employment.  A large number of our vacancies are to start normally within a week of receiving the booking and yet the CRB check can take upto a month.
